Experience: Min 5yrs with MBA-Finance or CA "POSITION Reports to DIRECTOR ASIA FINANCE Location: Mumbai Position Purpose Provide financial assistance and decision support for the NEB (New Established Brands) including reporting, planning, evaluation of investments decisions, and compliance. Work closely with the Finance Director of the PAH regions and NEB Regional Directors (US market, Canada / Latin America, Europe / Middle East / Africa & Asia Pacific) to ensure alignment of areas and ensure successful support to all business stakeholders Responsible for maintaining and reporting the financials for the overall NEB platform and tracking budget performance at a regional level through coordination with the regional directors. Core Areas of Responsibilities Ensure the integrity of the consolidated information for the NEB Platform financials. Prepare quarterly financial reports for the platform. Work with the Platform business leaders on the execution of business strategies and provide analytical support as necessary for key business decisions. Actively support both from an analytical perspective and in terms of financial controls, the platform financials of responsibility including tracking and analyzing results against most recent forecast and budget. Analyze quarterly financials and communicate major elements and variances to Regional Directors. Provide assistance where appropriate and coordinate with markets/regions on issues. Assist with the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and communication processes between the platform and the regions. Key Competencies Planning & Prioritizing: ability to prioritize requirements from local markets, Area Management, PAH HQ, Finance, Legal, etc. Possess strong analytical skills: ability to quickly understand complex issues, identify route causes and evaluate the best approach to resolve /complete issues.
