No VISA sponsorship provided* DESCRIPTION: This role is part of the inbound call center consisting of but not limited to; inbound/outbound calls and processing daily inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers. • This position reports to the Manager, Customer Service • Answer preliminary questions and provide appropriate information • Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude • Demonstrate role-specific competencies on a consistent basis • Display flexibility and willingness to assist customer • Various administrative duties are also required • Demonstrate corporate commitment on a consistent basis EXPERIENCE AND QULAIFICATIONS: • Strong customer relations, verbal, written and interpersonal skills • Able to handle high call volume and potentially difficult callers • Demonstrated ability to learn, excellent oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, decision making skills • Powerful customer focus, strong listening skills, self motivated, performance accountability • Ability to function in a team environment • MUST have experience working in a professional, corporate environment • MUST have call center experience • MUST have broad knowledge regarding computer skills • MUST have experience in the Pharmaceutical industry • MUST have experience with iPhone/iTouch/iPad devices • Proficient in English and Spanish a plus • High School Diploma minimum I have these openings in case you can think of anyone who might be interested (all in the Bay area); any thoughts on who to network with would be appreciated.
