Todd Markowitz posted a job: Bank of America – Director of Enterprise Accounts – Consulting Services "My Client has recently been awarded a national supplier designation for consulting services at Bank of America. Their goal is to build a significant presence in the Charlotte market and expand their services to support their Manhattan team and their recently opened Dallas office. They currently have over 120 consultants working at BofA on an hourly staff augmentation basis as a sub-contractor to a major staffing company. These individuals are primarily Technology Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers. Their new consulting services agreement allows them to deliver SOW projects directly to BofA. Position: Director of Enterprise Accounts (Bank of America) – Consulting Services Reports to: CEO Location: Can live anywhere (virtual); however prefer in one of their main locations (Charlotte, Jacksonville, Dallas, Raleigh, NYC) – Relo is available for the right candidate. Compensation: 100K+/- Base, OTE 200K+ for first year (250K+ after that) My client is looking for a Senior Business Development resource to lead business development for consulting services and SOW-based opportunities at Bank of America, as well as lead a team of Account Managers in Charlotte, Dallas, Jacksonville and Manhattan. This resource will be responsible for executing on the account plan, selling directly to the bank and managing total account sales activity and the opportunity pipeline. Bank of America experience and Band 3 and higher level relationships within Technology Operations, Supply Chain and/or the lines of business is required. Experience managing and executing BofA SOWs is also required. Experience hiring, placing and overseeing client onsite Engagement Leadership resources and selling Management Consulting services is strongly desired. The successful candidate can come from the Big 4, a large technology vendor (HP, CISCO, Oracle etc.), a Banking Technology product supplier (First Data, S1, Firserv, etc.), or one of BofA's staff augmentation suppliers selling SOW consulting services. The Client will entertain candidates with a non-compete, as they can engage them elsewhere in their business during the non-compete period. The compensation package offers a solid base salary, commissions, over-rides on team along with a strong long-term incentive package. There is no cap on compensation.
