Subject: Associate Training Manager Vacant Position - Egypt Bussayna El Gamal posted a job: Associate Training Manager Vacant Position - Egypt "Dear all, A well known Multinational Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking to hire an Associate Training Manager performing the following: Job Purpose: The position holder is responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs and solutions that will aid and lead to performance improvement. He/she provides support to Field Force, and will liaise with peer groups such as Human Resources and other appropriate functions as necessary. Job Description: • Play an effective role in training diagnostics and needs assessments in partnership with internal customers and peer groups. • Play an effective role in designing, developing and implementing training programs and curriculum and solutions that will optimally meet previously recognized Field Force needs. • Evaluate and measure training effectiveness and efficiency (Metrics/ KPIs). • Frequently customize and update training programs in place to ensure they are still meeting both short-term and long-term Field Force needs. • Manage relevant training related business processes. • Ensure proper selection, development and retention of talents through playing an active role in the recruitment process of new MRs and participating in assessment centers. • Enhance Field Force effectiveness (FFE) starting from conducting a well organized and high quality initial training, advanced training programs and finding suitable ways to ensure sustainability. Job Specifications: • Medical/ Pharmaceutical/scientific studies Educational Background. • Minimum 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 year training experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry. • Minimum performance track record of Consistently Meeting expectations during the past 3 years for internal candidates. • A minimum of 1000 training hours. • Fluency in English language. • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills. • Excellent computer and presentation skills. • Self-motivated with excellent Relationship building skills.
