Following is a brief of the job profile : Major Duties And Responsibilities •Responsible for achieving sales targets of IT hardware, software and services •Conduct sales call and coordinate efforts with IBM Client Representatives, when appropriate. •Provide leadership, develop and recommend a solution in response to the end-user needs. •Develop, maintain and manage end-user relationships at functional and executive levels throughout the organization. •Ensure customer satisfaction. •Perform account planning to ensure appropriate coverage in your chosen marketplace •Work collaboratively with key business partners to generate leads with new and competitive accounts. Principal Accountabilities •Hit given yearly quota of not less than S$ 2 millions. •Generate a profit margin of not less than 15% of the quota given. •Achieve good customer satisfaction rate •Keep good rapport with key business partners •Actively participate in company or vendor marketing activities to generate lead •Be a responsible and resourceful team player Job Requirements •Degree in Business or IT with minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in selling IT hardware and software solutions •IT savvy and good knowledge of IBM products •Results-driven with proven sales track record and consistent quota achievement •Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed •Strong communication and negotiation skills Interested candidates may forward their updated resume to sandhya@spicei2i.com Regards, Sandhya"
