Subject: Finance Systems Project Manager - Finance and MI (Permanent, Middlesex, £50-55,000 + bonus and benefits, total package approx. £70,000) Emma Coombes posted a job: Finance Systems Project Manager - Finance and MI (Permanent, Middlesex, £50-55,000 + bonus and benefits, total package approx. £70,000) "Finance Systems Project Manager - Finance and MI (Permanent, Middlesex, £50-55,000 + bonus and benefits, total package approx. £70,000) Finance Systems Project Manager - We currently require an experienced finance systems project manager to ensure a series of projects and programmes have landed successfully within the business; taking into consideration the impacts, dependencies, business readiness and training needs. Delivery of multiple projects con-currently and an understanding of SAP would be highly desirable. The role sits within Finance and MI and the client requires a strong understanding in this area. Key areas where experience is required are: • Financial Reporting • Regulatory • Internal Controls • Management Information • Ideally holds a financial qualification. This role will require a strong project manager who has demonstrable experience of working in a Finance Department and with MI teams. Proven experience of working with accounting and finance teams and an appreciation of financial reporting, along with exposure to finance regulations and internal controls would be highly desirable. The right candidate will need to be able to pick up projects that are currently in progress and carry out an assessment to ascertain where they are and where they need to be moving forward, taking into consideration the current scope, milestones and changes to system scope and requirements. Delivery of multiple projects con-currently and an understanding of SAP would be highly desirable. The role sits within Finance and MI and the client requires a strong understanding in this area, however it is not an investment banking or banking and financial services role.
