Subject: Vacancy: Service Model Specialist, Location: Europe Albina Kolomiets posted a job: Vacancy: Service Model Specialist, Location: Europe "Please click on the below to apply for this position or email your CV to akolomiets@firstpointgroup.com Start date: ASAP End date: 6 months (extendable) Must be eligible to work in Europe Responsibilities: • Assess weakness / issues of current governance model / structure • Review current operating model of Nødnett governance structure ‘As Is’ to identify areas of improvement • Define accountabilities, responsibilities and interdependencies of each key organ within governance model (especially PMO) • Develop / optimize key decision-making processes to support governance and operating model • Design new organizational structure including PMO (reflecting inclusion of additional PMO roles if necessary) • Conduct focus interviews with key 4-party stakeholder organizations • Recommendation on responsibility and accountability gap • Recommendation of new Governance Model principles • Provide support in communicating and embedding agreed changes to governance structure • Develop / update necessary documentation in accordance with agreed changes • Able to define necessary process to ensure new Governance Model is embedded in program culture Requirements: • Must be eligible to work in Europe • Proven skills in organizational re-design and/or in setting up new organizational functions • Experience of defining Governance Models within either organizations or large programs • Process mapping / optimization experience • Excellent communicator and negotiator – able to function as a ‘change agent’ • Excellent skills in MS Office • Strong command of English (Norwegian/Scandinavian is an advantage but not mandatory) • Excellent Team player"
