In more than 100 markets worldwide. In the context of expanding our Global Finance & Administration department at the worldwide headquarter in Switzerland searching for a highly motivated and initiative Sales Controller - Retail/FMCG industry Roles & Responsibilities: Support Global Sales to achieve strategic department objectives fostering company growth and profitability targets in the regions Providing coherent and standardized management reports Analysis and business decision support to senior management and functional department heads Ensure, improve and administer guidelines for global management reporting Provide commercial financial and business support for high priority Global Sales projects Analyse business results, track achievement vs. strategic targets and propose corrective measures Support budgeting and forecasting processes for Global Sales management Your ideal profile: Commercial apprenticeship 4-6 years of professional experience in business controlling or analysis, preferably in fashion or consumer goods industry; experience in international company is a plus Experience with cross-functional teams and project management Experience in fashion and retail controlling, or consumer goods / FMCG preferred Exposure to sales and business management Flexibility to deal with change and new challenges Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least basic knowledge in German are required; other languages are a plus Strong analytical skills, high degree of abstract but structured thinking Excellent PC knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Access), Proficiency in SAP R/3, BW Reporting line will be to the Head of Financial Planning.
