Masters preferred. Minimum 1 year early childhood experience required. Experience with accreditation systems and early childhood curriculum preferred. Possesses a working knowledge of available community resources or an understanding of how to locate necessary resources. Strong PC skills with working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance. Able to work flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends. Able to perform in an empowered environment by working collaboratively with other professionals, personnel and direct service providers. Must be familiar and comfortable working with diverse populations. Bilingual preferred."
