Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: • Handling the daily functions of the tax department • Reviewing staff utilization and scheduling staff on tax assignments • Working closely and building relationships with partners and staff • College campus recruiting and special projects as they arise The right candidate should have: • 2-5 years in Human Resources OR 2-5 years on the staff of a CPA firm • Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities • Be able to work well both as an individual and part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • CPA firm experience is highly preferred, whether in an HR or audit or tax capacity • BS in Accounting, Business or Human Resources preferred • The ability to work on Saturdays during busy season is a MUST Salary Commensurate with Experience Please respond in strict confidence to: Paula V.
