The Business Lead is responsible to lead IT and the Business Partners in the replacement of current Supply Chain Demand Planning Systems fulfilling the vision of Order Promotion, Order Slotting for real and forecast Orders and Order Sequencing. The Business Lead is also responsible for the day-to-day operational support services to Supply Chain Demand and Volume Planning business partners. The ideal candidate will be an Order Management expert working with Market Demand, Volume Planning using Forecast Orders, Order Promotion, Order Slotting and Order Sequencing. Basic Qulaifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is required Minimum 7 years of professional IT business experience High proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business Knowledge of Demand Planning and Order Management Systems including Forecast Orders, Order Promotion, Order Slotting and Order Sequencing. Ability to understand and work with complex business processes Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to understand business processes, applications and technical requirements in order to develop specifications to improve processes and systems Ability to work in rite-sourced team environment and collaborate effectively Process oriented, ability to multi-task and strong follow-up skills Self-directed and motivated individual with proven leadership skills Project and Business Partner Leadership Project Leadership and Project Management experience"
