This is a 12 to 18 month contract. Please send resumes to gloria.rutulante@sykes.com The Sr. Business Systems Analyst identifies, defines, and documents requirements in either HRIS functions including benefits administration, PTO and leave management Time capture/evaluation Payroll processing Interface analysis for systems integration. The Business Analyst will work with a cross functional team from multiple regions to identify future state requirements. Candidate should have proven track record with completing requirements/analysis using swimlane/narrative process analysis for Tier 1 HRIS solutions (SAP and/or Oracle). In addition to defining and documenting requirements, candidate should also be skilled with creating associated test cases in preparation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Candidate should be experienced with driving analysis for highly complex information systems projects, dealing with all management levels in the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for system analysis; includes (but is not limited to) the following:  Interview cross functional team members from HR, Operations and Finance in multiple regions to determine future needs.  Define and document application/solution requirements using Sykes standard documentation processes (swimlane/narrative analysis)  Help ensure completeness of application/solution and facilitate UAT  Analyze business opportunities and requests so as to determine IT system requirements. Comprehend requirements from other Sykes organizations, including finance, HR, operations, IT, etc.  Develop test scenarios related to future state requirements for use during the UAT process  Responsible for analysis and deployment of application/solutions of high complexity and impact to the overall business of the company. QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Strong system and business analysis experience in either HRIS, Time Capture, Payroll OR Interface Analysis  Experience with leading business analysis for tier 1 HRIS solutions (SAP and/or Oracle)  An in-depth appreciation of IT and its utilization  An in-depth appreciation for the inbound call center industry  Ability to create, comprehend, and convey use cases  Ability to create, comprehend, and convey logical system and state diagrams  Ability to document and maintain software requirements  Excellent communication skills  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization  Ability to lead and supervise technical and operational project teams EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s desired. 10+ years experience required.
