The Global Product Marketing Manager for In-Patient Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Solutions will be responsible for understanding market problems, trends and needs, and then develop strategies to solve them better than any available alternative. You will define the client’s long-term strategy for in-patient electronic medical record solutions, including market requirements, market selection and global positioning for. Your focus will be on available and addressable markets, segments and opportunities with a time horizon of the next three-to-five years. Essential Responsibilities: Facilitate communications, ease workflow, speed documentation, reduce the potential for medical error, and improve efficiency across the healthcare enterprise. In-patient EMR solutions enable healthcare organizations to create and maintain lifetime patient records across the continuum of care decisions. • Utilize Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to develop and execute the global marketing strategy and plan for the in-patient EMR market. • Analyze industry, software and customer trends to develop deep market understanding that influences the product strategy and business plan. • Define the markets, opportunities, and segments to actively pursue. Ensure that the targeted segments represent a significant addressable market to support the business plan. • Gather voice of the customer to provide input into product management and the long-term product plans. • Plan channel strategy and pricing strategy that best align with the market segment’s buying preferences. • Create a global go-to-market strategy. • Create positioning documents that will be used to develop buyer and personal messaging. • Create and deliver collateral, sales presentations, demos, website content, and thought leadership content. • Ensure organization and partner preparedness for new global product releases and all items are completed to launch the product. • Present regularly to customers, partners, sales executives, and to company executives. • Collaborate with regional product marketing, field marketing, and channel marketing organization to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns. • Deliver analysis and strategy, in conjunction with the finance team, to set the price for products and solutions. • Provide input into other industry influencer functions, including analyst relations and press relations. Act as a client spokesperson. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree required.
