RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop, implement, and maintain process control applications; - Monitor performance of regulatory and advanced control systems; - Work with operating teams to develop and implement strategies to improve operating and profitability of all operating units; - Educate operators, operations supervisors and area engineers to help maximize benefits of process controls; - Occasionally assist in repair and design of instrumentation associated with the Distributed Control System (DCS). REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline; - Proven record of success in design, implementation and maintenance of process controls DCS based applications and DCS systems; - Experience working in operating refinery and/or large petrochemical facility; - Direct experience with Yokogawa Centum CS3000 system preferred; - Excellent written and verbal skills; - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis.
