RESPONSIBILITIES: - Providing recommendations for optimizing ongoing remediation programs and providing quality assurance oversight of remedial action, and operation and maintenance (O&M) services; - Managing the preparation of engineering documents, including feasibility studies, remedial design/remedial action plans and reports, construction completion reports and post-closure reports; - Managing the design of remdiation systems and storm water best management practices; - Managing projects, communicating with clients about project process, tracking budget and schedule, and preparing invoices; - Developing new business, including identifying project opportunities, writing proposals, conducting sales presentations and negotiating client contracts; - Supervising subordinate staff, including providing mentorship to junior employess. REQUIREMENTS: - BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; MS degree preferred; - PE registration in California; - 6 - 8 years of experience in environmental engineering; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
