RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop vision and market strategy for the firm's Oil & Gas Program in Alaska; - Increase the visibility of the firm and lead development of new business with oil & gas clients in Alaska; - Serve as Account Manager for upstream oil & gas clients; - Lead project scoping and proposal development efforts; - Serve as program and/or project manager, as required; - Recruit and mentor technical staff to implement the program. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree in engineering, geology, or related field; - Professional registration as a P.E. or P.G. preferred; - Oil & Gas industry insider with a minimum of 10 years of related experience; - Seller/Doer/Leader mentality; - Minimum of 10 years of environmental consulting, design and/or construction experience, working with oil companies; - Demonstrated business development experience, creating and closing sales; - Very good communication skills.
