Responsibilities: • Teaming with your offshore counterpart to manage and own a direct P&L & Revenue responsibility (operations, margins & revenue tracking, forecasting) • Initiate and drive full lifecycle go to market programs and differentiated offerings to the industry • Responsible for supporting end-to-end pursuits from a Business Development stand-point across the entire services portfolio under the Oracle Solutions Practice. This includes applications (PeopleSoft, EBS, JDE, Fusion Apps), Infrastructure (Exadata & Exalogic) and the Middleware stack (FMW and its components). • Role requires strong BD & Consulting experience, excellent communication & relationship management skills with the ability to work with client’s sales staff, client’s partners and Oracle to pro-actively pursue opportunities, identify target markets and execute negotiation cycles. • Candidate will be able to drive services related thought leadership in the three areas defined above (Apps, Infra & MW) and for the industry vertical he / she is aligned with. • Cultivate client relationships • Experience with and understanding of the industry vertical assigned (typical functions, industry benchmarks & terminologies, Oracle’s penetration & strategy, etc.) Requirements: • Highly skilled technology and business leader with 10-15 years of global experience in Oracle products, Information Technology stack (IT) and IT enabled services spanning roles across delivery, sales & relationship management, overseeing contracts and operations for large customer engagements. • Should possess a successful track record of executing complex Enterprise Application projects and, instrumental in fostering client relationships, negotiation of contracts, management of large-scale IT operations and formulation of IT/ERP strategy. • Strong skills around activities such as proposal building, solution presentations and positioning through sales cycle • Should be a dynamic people manager with a proven track record of building and motivating teams to achieve quantifiable results, engaging client senior leadership. • Effective large-scale program and personnel management with full P&L responsibility. • Excellent communication skills • Willing to travel as required by the program" |
