They urgently require an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator/ Engineer to join the management team. Requirements: • BSc in Civil Engineering and preferably CIOB or RICS qualified • Strong background working as a Contracts Administrator/ Engineer for large scale build projects with main contractors • Construction project contract engineering and quantity surveying experience under FIDIC or similar contract models • Ability to deal with all the contractual matters, the preparation of claims and submissions, invoicing, arbitration and the preparation of sub contracts • Familiarity with governmental contracts in the Middle East • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential Preference will be given to applicants who are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE to mobilise on SINGLE STATUS The package: Our client will offer an excellent ex-pat package for this role including competitive basic salary, transport allowance, annual flight and accommodation.
