"Key Responsibilities * Develop prospecting plan and leverage new and existing relationships with clients and prospects * Attend client meetings to understand client's pressing pain points, budget and decision making process to create meaningful opportunities * Work with delivery/management teams to close the opportunities in a timely manner * Work with clients to identify additional opportunities to help clients to grow their business while effectively managing other sales opportunities * Work with the management and the marketing teams to develop new services by sharing industry trends and future direction of the clients Skills * Negotiation * Proposal writing and estimates * Client management * Influencing * Project management Experience: * Candidates should have minimum 5 years sales experience - direct mail solutions is an absolute must * Familiar with business strategies, as well as their associated metrics * Exceptional project management skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee a number of projects concurrently across multiple functional company departments * Should have ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills Qualification: * Degree or equivalent work experience preferred" |
