The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies, recommendations and tactics for all bank lines of business by working with the Marketing, the Enterprise Sales team, and various UMB Financial business partners. This position will also access data from internal CRM platform, as well as other source systems, for purposes of data mining in order to analyze and identify cross-sell opportunities, and customer segmentation strategies in support of various business initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Master’s degree is a plus. 5-10 years Marketing experience related to data-based decision making, market research and Project Management is required. Experience in executing a variety of marketing and advertising campaigns which include traditional direct-to-customer tactics, electronic marketing and mass advertising are required. Consumer and Business-to-Business Marketing experience is required. Strong financial services expertise is strongly preferred. Successful candidates must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills are necessary for this role.
