Subject: Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Account Director - UK Rachael Manning posted a job: Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Account Director - UK "Manning Global is currently looking for an experienced Account Director to be based permanently in the UK for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK. Main responsibilities: · To develop new business lines specifically in Services/Application and solutions · To facilitate the rollout of MEAS into the network · To extend LTE/POC into the BTW market propositions team · To review and develop BT Business Development work · To negotiate, where possible, long term supply and support agreements · To liaise effectively with Pre-sales, Technical or Marketing specialists to meet customer requirements · To involve and co-ordinate internal resources and to ensure optimum corporate performance levels in meeting customer requirements · To ensure customer satisfaction through timely response to enquiries · To ensure own administration is well controlled, completed and delivered within set timescales and to company standards · To provide regular reports/information to the manager concerning activity within the territory · To ensure all company quality procedures are followed for both internal and external customers and that deviation from these are reported · To provide monthly forecasts for the defined customer segment · To maintain up to date key account plan · To attend Sales meetings to review forecasts, sales prospects, account status, sales performance, etc. · To liaise with other departments/regions as a regular basis by correspondence, phone or visits · To negotiate contracts with clients in line with Company procedures and objectives.
