RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Analyze client requirements to aid in the design of Cisco and Juniper local and wide are network environments. ** Upgrade, install, and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software devices in enterprise network ** Sustain and document the inventory of equipment, parts, and vendor actions. ** Develop and document system standards for devices. ** Use expertise to recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN. ** Collaborate with a technical team. ** Provide on-call and after-hour support. ** Regularly communicate with customers regarding projects, troubleshooting sessions, etc. ** Analyze network issues using packet capture tools. REQUIREMENTS: ** Bachelor’s degree ** CCNP certification a plus ** 5+ years LAN/WAN administration ** At least two of the following: Cisco Juniper Bluecoat (WAN Optimizations) InfoBlocks (DHC/DNS) ** Understanding of network routing policies and protocols (OSPF, BGP, QoS) ** Excellent TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting skills ** Strong communication skills WHEN RESPONDING TO THIS OPPORTUNITY: Resumes without the required technical skills and experience will not be considered.
