Develop/Modify SOPs of the department. . recruiting suitable additional members if and when required and training of staff members under him. . performance management (staff performance and feedback to Resident Manager) . inventory control and implementation of SOPs to reduce its misuse and breakage. . monitor revenues and expenses . ensure practice of health and safety regulations . ability to multi-task . ability to handle complaints smoothly. . Ensure that the outlets are kept neat and tidy. . Should have good working knowledge of F&B (production) viz. understanding of food, pairing of wines, making of cocktails etc. . He should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in 4/5 star hotel or a boutique luxury resort. . Good communication skills to interact with the guests. . Be innovative in suggesting menus in conjunction with Chef. * Location : Kovalam, Trivandrum * Gender preference : Male * Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management * Industry : (more preference for experience in hotels / resorts)- Min. 4 years experience in Hotels/resorts of 4 star category and above.
