"Systems Trainer/Implementation Specialist - Long Term Contract - NYC Overview: " Client's objective is to provide Global Banking and Markets with a single, global on boarding and account maintenance service that uses service company operating principles and a consistent service proposition to deliver high-quality client service, robust client diligence, and process excellence and standardisation across each on boarding function from one integrated global team - services include: o Client due diligence and client identification validation o Welcome pack communications o Client document negotiation o Credit analysis and application preparation o Account opening and maintenance, including Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) " Client has been tasked with creating a service to provide a consistent approach for the 87 countries of the Group for Global Banking and Markets clients and potentially top end CMB as part of the overall Topaz Project. " The specific project, at a high level, is in place due to regulatory orders which have led to new policy and procedures being introduced. This project will respond to this by extending and enhancing Client Onboarding and Account Maintenance to include a global utility. The first phase of this project is a tactical system solution impacting users globally with aggressive timescales for this to be supported by systems training " The Role is to create, manage and deliver project training program : Responsibilities: " Obtain a good understanding of new BESPOKE system functionality and translate this into a training program, within tight time frames " Ensure that the system training program is delivered in context and is aligned with business processes/procedures and with a policy and procedures program " Understand the training needs of the relevant user groups and ensure training is tailored accordingly " Create and deliver training modules face-face and remotely " Create and deliver supporting reference materials " Delivery of agreed post training support activities, e.g. floor walking etc Technical Experience: " Minimum of 5 years of systems training experience in developing and delivering BESPOKE system training programs " Technical aptitude with experience of quickly learning and understanding new systems and concepts, and translating them into effective training programmes " Ability to work with training manager/project manager/SMEs to understand training requirements and to translate them and, learned functionality, into detailed training content plans and user reference guides " Experience of delivering training both in the classroom and via remote delivery tools e.g. WebEx " Able to travel where required Competencies: " Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal " Good organisation skills " Detail oriented " Self starter " Capable of demonstrating initiative " Positive attitude " Adaptable & flexible If interested, forward resume for consideration to Jim Lighthouse Technology Services jim@lhtservices.com 1-800-975-5411 (ext. 711)"
