Looking for: -Hands-on knowledge of quality systems (AS9100/TS16949). -Experience leading a quality team in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an aircraft/automotive or aircraft/automotive supplier business. -Structured problem solving skills to determine root cause, including FMEA, SPC, Control Plans. -Auditing experience (both in developing and executing). -Experience with Gage R&R. -A quality leader that prefers to be hands-on out on the floor with their team vs. someone who leads from behind their desk.
