Customer requests will relate primarily to the logging of issues with their Telephony environment • Low level troubleshooting to resolve the problem, check configuration or complete required testing before hand-off to Technicians • Ownership throughout the lifecycle of the request, providing regular Customer contact ensuring they are fully aware of the status. • Case Management, ensuring a customers issue is progressing appropriately across all service delivery teams. Proactive escalation as required. • Achieve Operational and Customer Satisfaction goals • Develop new processes and implement process improvements to ensure that the Centre exceeds its goals Skills • Experience & expertise in Voice based Technical Customer Service, preferably for Corporate Customers • Excellent Oral and written communication • Problem solving • Proactive • Organized • Able to work in a new setup • Able to operate with minimum handholding • PBX and Voicemail understanding, ideally with IP Telephony knowledge, desired but not essential Candidate Profile • Graduate • At least 2 year of Voice based Technical Help Desk experience • Should be willing to work in Shifts • Yellow Belt certification (Desired) Do Send us your detailed profile, we will check the same and get back to you.
