Subject: Customer Service Manager - 75k to 105k - Fort Worth, TX Chuck Stavorowski posted a job: Customer Service Manager - 75k to 105k - Fort Worth, TX "Our client within an hour of Fort Worth currently seeks a Customer Service Manager who will manage the team by overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures to be utilized by the customer service teams in all product lines. The customer service manager will oversee the usage of the SAP business system and all customer pricing activities including daily decisions and scheduled price increases for all product lines. The position will develop performance objectives and complete performance reviews and salary planning on all direct reports. The CSM will be responsible for managing the telephone call center for all company productsand be responsible for hiring all new associates for the flowline customer service department. This position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing Qualifications * Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or other technical degree * Ten plus years of experience within a customer service or sales environment * Previous experience managing teams of a minimum of 10 to 15 associates * Previous manufacturing, service, or distribution industry experience would be a plus * Relocation Assistance is Available for this Position * Understanding of commercial contracts, business law, foreign trade regulations, and financial issues * Proven track record in dealing with representatives, distributors, commission schedules, pricing strategies, and manufacturer to customer relationships * Knowledge of SAP is Required Hiring Organization: Anyone interested in learning more about this opportunity please contact me here on linkedin or at chuck@executechsearch.com"
