Scope of the role Interface with the users and Core team to ensure a smooth transition to HRIS. Long-term anchor for all HRIS modules. Support for HR users on all modules, post implementation. Track and improve upon online HR process compliances. 2. Job Profile  Assist Core team / implementation team during implementation of technology on HR processes. Keep self updated of development on the HRIS solution platform. Data validation and assisting in migration from legacy system to new platform. Post implementation support to users in all locations with regard to queries / trouble shooting on the HRIS processes. Co-ordinate and ensure user support & training. Co-ordinate with Central HRIS team @ corporate to ensure uniform adherence to HR processes across locations. Monthly MIS on process compliances. Long term anchor – co-ordinator with implementation partner for upkeep and maintenance of the technology platform. 3. Key Deliverables Assisting in mapping of modules / processes to system requirements. Assisting core team in implementation of technology in HR processes. Effective handling of user queries / trouble shooting. Post implementation support-training the end user-data accuracy Ensuring timely migration of data. 4. The right person Graduate / Post graduate/MBA Exposure to HR processes – minimum 2 to 4 years with experience in key HR processes. Process adherence & good analytical skills.
