The team primarily deals with open end responses of surveys that are conducted in UK & US. With the help of a specialized tool called Ascribe, the responses are assigned specific numeric values. Position Description: Responsible for production of high quality, error-free output, ensure efficient workflow, study the process & implement it • To understand client requirements, and reinterpret it for the team as required • Effective work allocation, shift handling and shift handover • Proactive client communications • Giving timely feedback to coders to improve accuracy • Check and ensure consistency and accuracy of outputs prior to delivery • Ability to schedule work amid tight deadlines and multiple priorities • Ability to work with team in high stress environment • Should have worked with teams doing similar work (Preferably from Coding background) • Experienced in administrative tasks viz. timesheets, billing, etc. • Should have experience interacting with clients (verbal/email communication) • Should have had involvement in coding data analysis Qualification: • Any Graduate • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word • Should be able to set up new templates Do send your profile with the following details to riha@angelandgenie.com Also send us the below details in the mail.
